Promoting environmentally friendly developmentThe Lower Cape Fear Stewardship Development Coalition is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. The Coalition honors residential, commercial and public development projects in Brunswick, Pender and NewHanover Counties demonstrating outstanding environmental stewardship through the protection, conservation, and improvement of our natural resources.

All donations to The Coalition are appreciated and tax-deductible.
